Refund policy

 

Our return and refund policy allows you to return any non-limited edition prints within 14 days of purchase. However, limited edition prints can only be returned or refunded if they are received in a damaged condition. In such cases, we would require photographic evidence before processing a refund for you.

Please note that only the first shipment for orders above €70 is free, and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.

To ensure the safety of your limited edition prints, we recommend opting for tracked delivery. As only a limited number of prints are available, we may not be able to dispatch a replacement item if your delivery is lost in transit.
